I show off the new up-stop wheels and describe how they were built.

Nice work, mate. I will be having a coaster day later this year. Travelling to Western N.C. to see family and Dollywood is on the list of things to do.

Thank you!! You'll have to let me know when you're going to Dollywood. Have you been before? It's a pretty excellent Park!

I want to assemble one of these so bad!

Believe it or not, my very first "roller coaster" model was a pair of garden hoses running parallel from a table to the ground then over some bricks. I used golf balls for the cars. LoL A good starting model that is super customizable is CDX Blocks. Hope you build something awesome!

@@intocoasters I tried following your other video for assembly and cleaning etc, but I was trying to make a list for everything needed

Very nicely done. Was there wheels on one of the cars on the old train? I can't recall but thought I had done one car.

Hi!!! Yes, I believe it was car number two. I believe your up-stop blocks were made of plastic... Are there may have been an incident. One of the plastic blocks may have cracked during that incident. Parts of it might have never been recovered to this day. Maybe. Yeah.... I had to make up stop dogs for car number 2 at one point. But, knowing it can be done helped me go forward with a train full of them.

That is some seriously tiny work you've done and I can appreciate how delicate those bits and things you're using. So, I purchased a digital microscope to do detailed electronics work and it's the only way I can do some of the things these days. I got one of those $250 jobbers that Adam Savage recommended on his channel, the Andonstar AD249S-M and it works for my purposes, I'm not crazy about the base and stand that limit it's reach, I need a better stand for it that gives me clearance. I can say that it's a lot better than one of those large lenses on an arm. I might need to find a "real" version of this.

Oh neat I'm going to have to check that out! You may have noticed I had my magnifying visor or glasses nearly this whole video. LOL

Hi, I’m building a model coaster of my own. Is there a way I could contact you in private with some questions?

LOL 😂 "UP STOP". I didn't know what you were saying at first and then it clicked. It "stops" it from going "up" and off the track. I'm on board. I'm watching it again. Cheers 🥂

I promise that is what they are actually called. LoL. I'd let you ride my coaster! 😁
