You can add Secrets Resorts Richmond St. Ann. They are going through permitting supposed to break ground this year. Also Karisma is supposedly back on track for their Sugercane project in Llandovery St. Ann as well. Lopesan is planning to build 1000 rooms, that was announced November, 2023.

@@TinaWare Forgot to mention that Harmony Cove is looking in to come in with 1,000 room hotel and casino in Trelawny as well. They are justnwaiting on the Jamaican government to finish up paperwork so they can break ground. so lots coming to Jamaica in the near term.

Ohhhhh! Jamaica is about to start the boom! Yall haven't seen anything yet. Union oil and gas found oil 4 years ago.. just renewed the rights for another 5 year lease block. Rich ppl aka investors have to have 5 star accommodations. So yall get in on it now! Union oil and gas are looking for more investment capital. British owned please do your own research. Money is about to be made!!!
