Hey everyone,
This is a new update dropping soon from Australia’s Home Affairs Unit. This change will expand options to PR for people interested in the employer-sponsored pathway to Australia.

Hey everyone, to correct my statement at 5:30. It DOES actually state clearly that after Nov 25th, there will be no limit on how many times you can renew the 482 visa (short term stream) from WITHIN Australia. As an unrepentant life lover & adventurer who loves to explore this worries me very deeply. Big malls close at that time, but smaller, independent businesses are more flexible on their opening hours. You will still find a few businesses open after 5 or 6pm but not many. Clubs are a whole other discussion. People complain about the lack of a decent nightlife in Sydney

Hey Chioma. My approval for 481 skilled nomination was approved by South Australia 12 days ago. I am yet to get an invitation to apply for a visa by dpt of home affairs. What can I do to get it considering I only have 60 days to apply for the visa before my nomination expires?

Oh, that's unusual. The invitation to lodge a visa application in my experience, comes together with the nomination approval. It's like an automated email following the nomination email. Please contact the department. Best wishes.

General cut off is 65 points, but you will have to find out how many points people are scoring in your particular occupation to get an invitation to apply.
