I decided to pick this game up after reminiscing about Cabela's big game hunter from childhood, was a pleasant surprise to see such an active community and dedicated developers, especially after grinding overwatch and ark for the last few years tolerating low effort updates and barely any regard to the community. Assuming that snowy shot was meant to be a tease for a new reserve, I really hope it's the far north of Canada. I've said before I'm tired of North America maps, and I stand by it for the most part, but I won't deny I want to be able to put things like Polar Bears, Musk Ox and Walruses in my lodge

I'd like the option to share the harvest screen in game when you claim an animal. like press (insert button here) to share harvest screen with friends in lobby. maybe even have the option for them to deny it like (player 1 would like to share harvest shot, press 0 to open or 1 to decline).

The elk or mule deer need some love, that would bring me back to the game. Maybe an additional lodge with customization involved. I guess this update will be great for a number of players, I’ve just grown tired of the bird hunting from grinding diamonds on revontuli.

I am way more excited for this map than I was for sunderpaten. Red fox great one is going to be a real challenge in my opinion but will be awesome. Now we need a weapon pack for small game since we don’t have as many options for small game as we do for big game

You’ve looked over a couple cabelas hunting games. Alaskan adventures and North American adventures. NAA is a hunting show game where you’re getting camera angles and then harvesting the animal “on camera”. Grew up playing it on ps2 and had a blast playing it. Good selection of weapons, everything is customizable and upgradable. Strongly recommend it

Hey Scarecrow I'm pretty excited about this Winter Update everything looks good and I might actually start using Dogs especially when my favourite Dog breed the German Short Haired Pointer is coming to the game the new Weapon pack is looking good I'm exicted to try the new Rifles out. But now for the main point of the comment as for the new map hearing you struggle to say the name was painful yet funny as a half german ( to be fair I can't even speak German ) but if you want to pronounce it better you can simply say Salts- Wi-sen but I'd suggest to type the name in GT ( Google Translate ) and listen to it. I think two nee Great Ones will be cool especially for something lower than Class 4 but I was honestly kinda hoping for something like a GO Roe Deer or Wild Boar perhaps but Red Fox and Ring-Necked Pheasant is still something as for the species as a whole I'm fine with a small map but I'd hope there'd be at least 2-4 species larger than Class 2 but I have requested a Claybird Shooting Range for awhile but overall I'm so happy that my Country is getting a Second Map especially in the North which is something I have requested before too except it was more of a Danish map than a North German map.

Salzweisen is most likely placed in the State of Schleswig-Holstein but perhaps partially with Denmark too. as for the small shot of the new map I'm convinced it's Canada but I also wouldn't exclude maybe another Scandinavian/Nordic map.

I would really like being able to put animals of any gender in their respective multi mounts, for an example, I have a leucistic male barasingha and a melanistic tigress, because one is a female i can’t make a multi mount, I think it’d be a cool change

I have a question about the critical position. This change will be for all types of dogs? I ask this because today, at least for me, this feature is quite useless. Today the dog starts to cry and enter in crutical position and a lot of times the animal was 50 or 60 meters away from me. The dog doesn't show where is the animal. Most times I couldn't even see it. Today I just ignore it but if the dog cry for animals near or at least look for where it is I think this feature can be very usefull. I understand that a a pointer will point when enter in critical position, right?
