After the update, I realized that it might negatively impact not only players who use Lilith but also high-ranking players who don’t use Lilith. Skilled players have been dodging high-ranking players, but with this update, everyone ends up facing each other, which means high-ranking players might lose WLR against skilled opponents. New players also lost the ability to dodge high-ranking and skilled players and hacker, so hackers are the only ones who gain from this change. If this update had been made about 3 years ago, it would have been great, but now that the system and relationships between Lilith users and regular players are somewhat established, many people dislike this update. Still, even though it's late, it was something that needed to be done eventually😅

Yes this was very clear to me in Op duels. In the past people with high wlr would dodge me in op duels but now they don’t so we would just fight each other and the duels will last very long and we would both trade wins against each other causing both of us to drain wlr. Yesterday I tried playing Op and I kept queuing leaderboard players like earpiercing, and both of our stats went down and often we would have 2 minute games. Op duels used to be 80-110 wins per hour with dodging and now it’s barely 50. It took me 2 hours to get 100 wins because all the opponents were much more difficult and there were barely any bad players

This update ruined bedwars and I might not play bedwars again because of it. Also blitz duels, I used Lilith to be able to see what kits people are going and to change my kit based on what their kit is, as well as dodge kits like fisherman or high wins archer. Now that I can’t see this blitz is just ungrindable

Sumo is soooo baddd dude its incredible you can main this mode. It WAS super annoying for queues to take over a minute just for a 7 second duel thanks to people dodging over and over so im glad lilith is gone tho

The update got good sides and bad sides. For me I also used Lilith but only dodged cheaters and was always annoyed buy all the players who dodged me. ( I have like 10k wins 1wl so I’m not really good) but now I fight a lot of high wins and high stats players who got like no skill and this is funny for me

I played op duels for 2 hours and kept queuing the same few people over and over again and it’s like 50 wins per hour, also I had like 2 wlr I used to get 5-10+ wlr in op duels without dodging in 2020-2021 so I feel the game got way worse

How are people able to land hit packets from 10 blocks away? Is Hypixel really coded this poorly? Or are people really able to use 10-block reach? Like, why do they allow hit packets to land outside 3 blocks? Many 1.8 PVP servers have solved reach and these terrible lag conditions with their own plugins.

@skystevesparrows I get that but hypixel could still use a plug in to stop hit packets from working outside a certain range. They need to rework when/how the hit packets land to incorporate high ping. MMC and other pvp servers did this well. If TPS is that big a problem, they should host duals separately from the main server.

@@JonHop1 Hypixel’ kb is a lot more dynamic than those servers, if that would happen high ping would turn into an advantage cause now they can’t combo you. There’s also no compromise / in between. The only way is to just accept high ping is a disadvantage and move on

Because all MMC's plugin does, is make it so that the hits register at more realistic times, they also limit the KB someone can take so high ping players arent getting double hit into oblivion, or you arent lagg spiking and getting double hits when ur packets reach the server.. Why is there no compromise? Like I said, if it is a TPS problem, why dont they just host duals outside of the main server?

@@Loop_L09 they have a certain movement, you can kind of tell once you’ve played enough bots and observe the pattern. One way is to always strafe 1 side and see if they do the same. Normal players would not always strafe the same direction but you can have trades with bots and if you always strafe 1 side they will always strafe 1 side as well
