They are now in the "Rider (poses)" menu instead, near the bottom when you scroll down

All the horses that are currently in the game have already been remodeled so from what I know, they won't be taken away. All the horses that are not in game anymore, like the shetlands and cobs should be coming back into the game when they get a remodel

The fjords have been removed from the game because of their remodel so you can't get them until they'll be added back

It would be really cool if they added that only YOU can see the course YOU choose and not anyone else. Because when I’ve played it one time and when I was doing a show rp, someone kept changing the course when we needed it on Showjumping med-high! I’m still very annoyed from that action because they were a coward! We couldn’t even see them.

The fjords have been removed because they're getting a remodel but they will be added back. There is a horse silhouette icon at the top, press that and then animations will come up on the left. Press "Rider" until you get "Rider (Poses)" and when you scroll down there will be leading animations.
