Yes.. You've got the touch. The little monkeys are always looking for contact from older ones.. how many times did Lori ask Ashley, Popeye, Maria or even Sasha for attention? When they need attention, they will relax almost instantly when hugged and held. When they do not they will fidget and want to move.. Lori is a bit fidgety in spots, but that's as she's probably got energy and wants to move but cannot. I imagine she is very dizzy still and that is why she is turning in circles. Poor kid. You're doing good by Lori and her situation. Listen to her - she will tell you what she needs in monkey talk - which is body language. It is very subtle and I think you know a bit of it.. just in the way you hold her and in the way she reacts.

In a previous video of Lori I had made a comment that she wants love and she wants someone to hold her. Now she has lots of love lots of care and she is being held. Lori is talking so much better and I'm happy that hurt tail it's beginning to show signs of healing. You are doing a wonderful job taking care of Lori. God Bless You 🙏

Seeing what these guys can heal up from and even fully recover from is incredible. The recovery and will to live is amazing. Especially this precious little girl, her mom has been pretty amazing as well with keeping her alive through past injuries, but these videos of the people caring for her really makes me happy. Some of these monkeys are absolutely horrible, but most of them are loving creatures that stick together for life, much better then alot of people in this world. Thank you for the great things you do for these little guys, keep up the good work!

Yes !!! Put her close to your heart. Love is the best medicine. Give her a few kisses and talk to her. I don't have to donate but I am sure many people will. Yes! VO's, open up a PayPal account and let viewers help with donations to have her and Amari sent to a "Professional" veterinary clinic. Without a proper exam, x-ray, blood work and diagnosis, shes missing out on getting the proper treatment and meds. There was a chance to do all that last incident, but not one VO took the time to set up an account with PayPal let alone listen to advice from us with medical knowledge.

@Dave Lamson - First off, my husband and I both volunteer our time as medical professionals with our Churches missionary to Vietnam, Thailand and here recently Cambodia. I fully know what these people have and are going through. I dont think theres many viewers on here that dont realize the difference between human plight and that of a monkey. Whose to say that people dont donate or give of their time for human suffering? We donate to St. Judes, and out of all that follow these VO's, Im sure there's others (including you) that do the same in some form of charity. But if people who love animals want to help with getting correct treatment for an animal that was taken out of the wild, thats their own business and a few dollars given will in no way take away from whats going on in the world.

When we have newborns we wrap them up tight an hold them so they don't wake themselves up. If you wrap her up tight to keep her legs an arms from wailing around and hold her I bet she would be able to sleep better. I'm worried she is not getting enough rest. Last time she didn't have this problem, she was able to nap well. She does look a little better but being on meds its hard to say because she isn't her true self while dopey! Dont get me wrong she definitely needs to be on the meds right now. Rest is just the best thing for her injuries an I'm worried she isn't getting enough. 2 minutes of sleep because she nodded out from the meds isn't enough! And DEFINITELY I can't stress enough to not let her hit her head, if you guys put her down to check her progress please guard around her to catch her before she falls an hits her head. That is horrible for her to hit her head with such a bad injury! So happy to see her getting some love though, she definitely needs it! Fingers crossed she progresses everyday 🤞❤️ I was relieved to have seen in another video her mouth open a bit, still worried that I haven't heard her make any sounds or cries yet! I know a couple VOs have said she has but I haven't heard her make any yet!

Could she be having muscle spasms in that leg she keeps holding out? If so, that is very painful and could be causing her to be so upset. Perhaps try to massage the leg to try to release the spasm?

What day is this Forbearer Yes, she feels safe and protected and is getting the loving attention she did not receive in the wild. Food is provided so she does not have to beg or forge on a daily basis in addition to not having to compete with other members of her troupe. Lori has become humanized due to previous injuries and is quite comfortable and dependent on someone taking care of her.

Special thanks to her care givers for helping her in time of need, they are to be commended for their efforts, not criticized, this is a 3rd world country and they are doing the best they can with what resources they have.

She is already showing her signature brat side with that certain twitching thing they do when throwing a tantrum. She’s coming along quickly. I don’t think that they should show her Amari, because her mom is dying so I hope they don’t bring her around and then have her lose her mother, it will be a huge setback emotionally. Plus how her troop might treat her too because of Amaris status. I just think that she might forget about her mom in her current state so why take a chance. They aren’t humans, they don’t have things to resolve before they die. They don’t seem to know what death is.
