This is just winrate number read. Corki is the most broken champion on the patch, but due to being a new champ and also being hard to execute he does not win that often. Should still be OP tier, putting him in C is complete misinformation

Not really, Corki falls of as the game progresses. And playing Corki is not harder than before, he was not changed significantly enoguh that it's playstyle and mechanics would trastically change like Skarner or smth. Only reason Corki feels OP is because now Corki maxes E first instead of Q and building lethality first, so people dont respect his dmg in early game and feed him early so Corki will feel stronger than it really is. At even state many other Mids/adcarries will beat/go toe to toe with him.

She isn't underrated as she is used un pro play and high elo:however, right now, she can easily be shut down in lane. Nafiri, Zed, and Vex are exampñes od champs you can get close to Oriana or outranger.

Singed this patch feels so good. His small Q buff helps his wave clear and proxy timings, but his ult being up for most major skirmishes early and mid game has been the real buff. Ive paired it with water walking and make it a point to show up to all the grubs and herald to be a river monster with high gold value in stats from ult and ww.

You can rush infinity edge into phantom dancer or collector into IE but collector was nerfed. As for runes PTA is good but I see some people run conquerors because you can stack it fast with severum Qs although that is a niche situation. Secondary the new cash back rune helps in getting online sooner. You can see Rose Alune the youtuber for more info

Pretty sure we could see Zyra mid in the tier list tho she is a decent user of first strike and black fire torch with the last buff that gave her a best way to reduce the W cooldown and the move speed in the runes she is really more than just decent in mid lane !

shiv on kog'maw feels really good, since shiv it doesnt proc with AA, it procs with anything you only need to kill it, so killing with his passives can proc additional damage on a TF and this happens quite a lot since ppl doesnt know how much damage can do.

I'm surprised Brand isn't higher on support list. It's easy to proc first strike using his W on burning minions, which let's him get Blackfire and Liandry much faster, while keeping opponents either pushed to tower for free roams or low on hp for easy ganks.

Manamune on smolder is bait, he only does a smaller amount of extra damage on Q ONLY, meanwhile, if you go the crit build path(ER, shojin, RFC, flickerblade you will be doing a lot more of damage on Q and autos, not only that, but you will also have a lot of AH and Movespeed which is also needed for smolder.

Sion is really bad. As a main Sion I can tell you an extensive list of problems that he has, but his most notorious one are rhe lack of mobility, your dps comes from a shield that can be broken and a charged axe which doesn't do that much damage and everyone can avoid He lost his split push strat, he isn't tankier than Ornn, Chogath, or K'sante. He gets countered super easily by sustain and much more

The reason AD TF is so good up top is because he gets to farm and harass melee top laners, down in the bot lane not only will he be much less able to utilize that as an advantage but he will also be splitting XP with a support, best to keep the Money Printer up top.

It's funny how they keep buffing Smolder crit ratios, and still even all of this he builds at most one single crit item. I think this little dragon might need a rework, or the old ER back.
