Skarner isn't even remotely bad, he's just slightly less of a ridiculously overtuned design failure than he was before. The fact he was ever allowed to have percent max health ratios not only on a triple-hit passive burn, but also on a triple cast spammable basic ability, let alone one with aoe and range and soft cc that's extremely difficult to dodge, and the fact that he could easily obtain a 25 percent max health damage ratio off this 1 basic ability and his passive without building any additional additional percent max health damage baffles me to no end.

Yo dawg, heard you like health. So put some health scaling in your %health damage so you can health while you health. For real, though. I know that I'm just a low rank Silver player, but the changes are essentially invisible. Still a great blind pick, does well as a split push tank that rotates well for skirmishes or team fights. Being able to join a fight in the middle of the jungle from the lane you were just pushing in 2 seconds is some TF type shit.

I have a better MF build at least for low elo… I run conquest primary and jack of all trades secondary… I do muramana, BT, IE, lord dom(or mortal reminder if you need the heal reduction) and Cleaver… it gets me all ten stacks of jack of all trades by end game, it gets me the 5 stack bonus after first back (boots, Doran, dagger) if you are low elo try it out

Honestly I feel like something that would get xayah into a good place in bot lane or being able to play mid even would be change Q from 2 feathers to 3. No lower cooldown on lvls 1-5. This way she can Q E root set up to all in/ trade with W AA after. Also making her maybe use electrocute to help her early game out. Only way I can see her become useful as an adc unless they change her auto range.

Why is Mundo not on the jungle tier list? He's always been a strong pick with Fleet Triumph Haste Last Stand Approach Free Boots Attack speed MS And Health or tenac. He absolutely KILLS (in low elo at least). His Q does so much damage along with the slow, that it's great for ganks, if you can hit that initial Q If not, you can always smite them to close the gap, since it gives you some of their sapped ms, and approach gives you even more!

Clear speed and objective is good for competitive because you play as 5 coordinate. In solo queue you often play with players that don’t give a shit about objectives and that don’t respond quickly to skirmishes. Not to mention that zyra has no carry potential. You need the other players to perform

@@honkbrother8000 he doesnt clear particularly well, he doesn't have any AOE and he cant really build AOE items. His ganks are subpar because he doesn't have any good mobility in his kit other than his W giving slight movement speed. He was meant to be a lane bully and not a jungler. Sure you can make him work in lower elo if you're really good, but objectively, he's not a good jungler.

@b4ljxsh optimally teemo can clear just over 3:27 which is one of the faster clears in the game. Most junglers averaging 3:30 and that's without aoe. Obviously later on with shrooms he can clear significantly faster then most junglers. Should also note he has the healthiest clear in the game coming out with 100% of his hp easily. His ganks are subpar. BUT his counter ganks are fantastic. Most of the best gank style junglers (nocturne, reksai, khazix, shaco) all either rely or at least a large portion of their dps comes from AA. He was meant to be a lane bully. But his mines see far more value from a jungle perspective. Free slow down poke potentially kills. But most importantly consistent information. Allowing u to essentially ward everywhere and bring lens to counter wards. And is unique in that as his mines get stronger enemies will give up vision to try and counter his ult. His late game as a jungler is one of the most oppressive if built right. With shrooms averaging 10 seconds or less and a stackable of 5 shrooms. He can realistically make more shrooms then an enemy team can clear in a reasonable amount of time. The new items go incredibly well with his kit. Giving him scary objective control. His weak early game. And his ganks are subpar. But played as a farming jungler like Lillia or karthas. I don't think his D tier.
