This was very useful. I am pregnant and will have a 2.5 year age gap as well, which is so tricky because my son who enjoys the stroller now, will probably not be as into it by the time the next baby is 6 months old and he is three. It's hard to visualize small things like "will he ride in the stroller still", so your experience is invaluable. One of these from 2018 appeared on my neighborhood swap today for only $50. Its black, so it has scratches on it from going in and out of the car, and a stain on the inner sun shade, but perfect in functionality so after your convincing review, I could NOT pass up that deal. Plus if it only serves us as a carseat caddy it will have been worth the cost! Thank you for saving me from a $1000 vista purchase!

Hii, I can't decide between bugaboo fox 2 and Cruz V2. Cruz fold is amazing, and bugaboo is a better ride(I think). It's so hard to choose from. Bugaboo is way lighter to put in and out of the car but Cruz is so much more compact!!! Which one would you go with? I do go for park walks and beach but mainly will be used in shopping centres

I ❤it . Like it's the best thing ever . Anyone plan on having 2 kids buy the vista I have 3 kids. Citi mini for my first didnt quiet like it . Got the cruz for my second a pink one love love it had a 3rd a boy changed the seat cover and canopy to yellow. And got a piggy back ride for my toddler 2nd it's the best thing ever!

Quick question! Why did you sell the Vista for the Cruz? Aren't they similar if you don't purchase the 2nd seat? Thanks for your thoughts!!! I appreciate it!!! :)

They are similar but the Vista even with just one seat is still significantly heavier than the Cruz

Thanks for the video! I am also wanting a compact stroller that has a board so this seems perfect. Is there enough room for you to push with your son riding piggyback? I see there's a new 2020 version has some great features too but it is about 4 pounds heavier. I watched your unboxing video when you explained why you sold your vista. Would you say stick with 2019 and earlier for this reason?

It depends, I always put the stroller into my car with the seat detached so the weight isn't an issue. Yes there's lots of space for the kickboard I just move hte handlebar up to create more room.

So far it has for us! I find it's an area of the stroller that isn't being touched too often but of course it depends if you're going to store it in a garage or somewhere dusty. We keep ours in the trunk of my car so it never really gets too dirty.

I have a cruz for my 8 month but just found out i am now pregnant with my second, do you think we should upgrade to the vista and just sell our cruz? Since the vista can work as a double stroller

I would go to a store where you can set it up for two and test it out and see if it works for you, your kids are a lot closer together than mine so it sounds like you do need a true double stroller.

I was gifted the Nuna Triv Stroller. It weighs 5 pounds less and folds down easy. I hope I'm happy 1 year in as well. 😁😀

Thanks! I think the Cruz is totally fine for walks unless you're taking two kids and the older one will want to sit or if your neighborhood is super hilly or rough terrain then you may want a jogging stroller too.but that's not a necessity at all!

Hey, I just bought the Cruz and I think I've made a mistake. I can only afford to buy one and it will be used for every day use in a small rural town, walks, beach days... Is the Vista a better option with the wheel size? Thank you x

I don't think the Vista is good for 'off roading' like to the beach but neither is the Cruz you'll probably want something more like the Babyjogger stroller for that wtih more of a jogging wheel but that being said I do love the Cruz for everyday use! The Vista does have a bigger basket though!

Personal opinion - the Vista is worse. Stick with the Cruz. I had a Cruz with my first, then replaced it with a Vista when our 2nd was born. It was useful to pop the car seat in the Vista but otherwise it’s a pain. You can’t fold it with stuff in it because there’s a bar in the storage area. It’s way too heavy to manoeuvre with the Rumble seat attached... we sold it before #2’s first birthday. Now I have a Zoe side by side double (LOVE IT) and bought another Cruz (haha!) for when the older one goes back to daycare.
