I think this suited more as bey of Fumiya rather than Free. Everything about this seems more like an evolution of Wizard Fafnir rather than Mirage Fafnir. Aside from both Vanish and Wizard having more of "counter break" style attack rather than Nothing Breaker. If you compare Free's and Fumia's beys. Fumia's beys have a tendency to be more defensive in terms of gimmicks. From free spinning parts to rounder shape. Free's beys usually have ability or 2 allow it to counter attack along with tip that compress and go brrrrrrrr. Free also tends to fight his opponent head on rather than staying in middle and taking hits. Which is why his majority of wins and burst and KO

Gotta admit, it's a good bey, i think it's able to withstand some beys with good hits, but i mean the combo kind of wierd, but hey it's still a good beyblade, just making a combo with some of the DB parts might make it a bit more OP due to the drain spin + the never stamina and the Nexus disk, it might be somewhat unstoppable

I think this Fafnir will be top tier. I swear, you launched Vanish first and it lost by less than a split second to Rage, and beat it too once in High Mode. Its abilities work great, and Kick is actually pretty good, being very balanced and being on par with Never. I think it will be better than you take it as Zankye. The weight is high, and it is good. I recommend maybe swapping kick for the driver on cyclone ragnaruk as that probably has better LAD. Also people are saying that vanish is just a wizard evolution but I agree to disagree with that statement, in my opinion wizard was a disappointment so comparing vanish to that fafnir imposter is just mind boggling. Vanish is a good fafnir (maybe even better than mirage) and it is its own beyblade so in conclusion I think it’s more of an experiment for the fafnir line than a plain disgusting wizard evolution.

I think vanish fafnir is pretty good but I was a little bit disappointed of its spin steal power, seems like its power is not as strong as the other fafnirs and its stamina it's like a little bit weaker, don't you think so? Its low mode has good defense and stamina but the high mode is kinda real bad, example: its attack is increased but its stamina is just like decrease a lot, like it can only last for 30 or 40 seconds, I know is pretty long but its weak spin steal make it worse than the other fafnirs. How could it tie with Jet Wyvern (16:50)? Jet Wyvern is awful, like Jet Wyvern is the worst bey of the sparking generation. I think it would be better if we use the never or nothing or absorb driver instead of kick driver. I didn't test yet (because it HASN'T RELEASED, HOW DID YOU GET IT?!) but I think it would be amazing. Anyways, it's still a cool bey of the DB generation. This is just only my opinion about vanish fafnir so don't judge me. The vanish layer looks pretty good The 3 armor is pretty whatever, tapered is a little lighter then I thought it would be. I wonder how competitively viable it will be due to it hanging so low Kick im not too sure about. Id need to see more testing Overall i think vanish is solid but my opinion may change after seeing more of it. Also its a pretty heavy bey being 71 grams. Great vid zankye

Anyone with any amount of physics knowledge would be able to tell you that gimmicks like Vanish's "shock absorption," the "stamina wings" of the Ragnaruk line, and the countless "bound" gimmicks of other Beys literally don't do anything. Doesn't mean they aren't cool and fun, though.

true. although I have to disagree on the stamina wings of a certain ragnaruk. and that's crash's stamina wings, since they're made of metal. the purpose of every ragnaruk's wings are weight-dristributed centrifugal force, making the bey able to spin continuously due to the force of the wings going outward through centrifugal force. of course, since the wings of all ragnaruks(except crash) are all light, that makes the overall purpose of the wings utterly useless. also, the shock absorption of vanish DOES do something, although it doesn't do anything mid-battle, the shock absorption prevents internal damage of the bey itself, something more of a long-term solution to prevent cracks that do occur when the bey's been through hell

another thing, I agree with your "bound" theory. since the parts that incorporate bound, have a spring that returns the original format of parts back to where they were, in return, it loses an unconsiderable amount of stamina, it doesn't blast out faster with bound, it just drains stamina quicker.

I agree on the stamina wings, since its not heavy enought to work, and on other bound gimmicks, but I cant see why the shock absorption wouldnt do some work for defense. There are some beys which can work with these gimmicks such as Helios Volcano
