*Fingers crossed for modders to see this and like the idea and make the mod* I feel like we need a New Vegas overhaul. With Radios and Business Radroaches and the Resistance. Could call it Fallout : RRR. Radios, Roaches, Resistance. With like reputation systen changed to something like "awareness". So that with like high awareness RR forces will attack you, but if you're kinda okay they just won't let you do some thing and other than that you're good. (God I do say "like" a lot). And the game begins Skyrim-like (yeah I know Al hates it) with you accidentally caught along with very important Resistance members (maybe even commanders) and moved in a vehicle to a prison, but other Resistance members free you and since that moment you are free to do whatever you want, since you were caught accidentally and RR don't know you. Later you will choose who to join. Or maybe just join the Resistance from the start.

Oh and there shoul be a sect called "Breachers", who wear dusters, hoods and mustache. Don't know why :D

So really no randon dudes were in those wagons Eh you were actually been taken to a hold sympathetic to the Empire, since Falkreath is Imperial. Plus it's near Cyrodiil, so yeah. Also - Helgen was a very heavily defended place, it took a surprise dragon attack to destroy it Why would they take their Queen to (as you said) *some shitty part of a neutral hold, just on the border of one of the most powerful holds sympathetic to his cause*? With rebels there, with Thalmor there. Distracting her from ruling. I don't follow your logic.

I just noticed, we haven't seen much of the BUISINESS rad roaches. We've seen a lot of the radios, but not the roaches, maybe the radios used the BUISINESS rad roaches to gain more power and finances, and as soon as their work was done, the radios just done them in. In the beginning, there was roach fighters, but then they started using clones and radios with bodies instead, so the roaches were deemed useless and were executed, that's my theory

I hate how all the quest modders decided just because the way dialogue was done they aren't making any good quest mods for fallout 4. Just yell at people to turn subtitles on and use the mod that shows exactly what you say and expands the menu. I would make mods if I could but I'm not in the position to atm.
