New Vibe Ride Skateboard Brake System

I installed and tested out this new skateboard brake system, made by Vibe Ride. It works great and I'm very happy to not have to use my feet to slow down anymore. It's going to save my shoes, feet, ankles and knees from constant added pressure, ware and tear when going down hills. This is a major game changer for many people young and old.

Is it possible to attach a different set of wheels to the braking truck?

I was hoping it would be possible. I tried temporarily removing the brake pad on the back of the wheels to see if the brake pad could be installed on my skag off-road tires, but the pad screws are sealed into the urethane very tight. Nearly impossible to loosen. So that makes these wheels proprietary to this brake system. The only option at this time, would be to try and tightly bind larger off-road tire frames to the Viberide wheels, using a DIY metal frame of sorts. That may turn out to be an unsuccessful mess though. Maybe one day, someone will have an off-road wheel design brake system that will work on similar concept that won't ware down the frame of the wheel.
