i wish everyone would stop crapping on about staff and air traffic controllers , that played no part in the crash , this was a stupid helicopter pilot moment as he was in complete control of the moments leading up to the incident, neither the planes pilot or controller contributed to the crash

The air traffic controller instructed the helicopter pilot to fly BEHIND the incoming jet. The helicopter pilot did not reply

Kids talk, when a plane lands on 33, it was without any doubt at 11 o'clock for the heli. They were told to go behind. This kid does tell the world ATC should have left tower and have catched both plane and heli.

Is a 150-200ft separation between the landing Aircraft's flight path & the helicopter's ceiling of 200ft a safe window? The initial video shows another aircraft climbing and turning right, to the right of the collision. Was this what the helicopter pilot thought was the CRJ identified by the tower?

To have aircrafts passing perpendicular to each other with a vertical altitude separation of 150-200ft cannot be safe? Surely. Thought the minimum is 1000ft?
