That small button on the RXL is an enricher, if it bogs on the third pull hit that button and the rpm’s will come right up

you are right, enrichment button. Had one on a 97 RXL. I was told it resets the temp sensor?

Those RXLs are nice machines, I have a 96 myself. I had to swap mine over to carbs, it would not charge the battery while riding. We tried everything, even the dealer refused to work on it anymore.

That's a 70 or 71 sno jet star jet not a 69. Unless it has the wrong glass on it.
