Hi Charlie ... love the videos. I'm trying to figure out the new 10.5 Dialog API for displaying a dropdown of database data. E.G. I have a table with [id] and [description] columns, I want to display the current values from the table to the user, they see the description column data in the drop down and when the select, it passes the [id] associated with that [description] item so that I can then use that to do other things with. Do you have any videos on that? Thanks again for your great content.

Yes, I am working on a new tutorial regarding the Dialog API improvements in version 10.5. I did not plan to discuss any database topics, but I will see with regards to the length of the tutorial if there is some time to talk about it. This tutorial will probably go live after Christmas.

My project file is almost 400MB, when i go to fields and clicke the three dots besides the fields name to view edit as / settings, it displays blank and after a while it crashes. Any body experience this?

When must the auto number generate? When the user click save? or where?
