Hello Achab, I was wondering what the optimal rep for strength training is to gain strength and explosiveness without gaining weight. Thanks:)

I'm not Achab but I hope this answers your question. Gaining weight is decided by your eating, not your rep ranges. Rep ranges around 3-6 are great for strength, do your reps with focus and the right weights to maintain speed. Stick to tried and tested barbell exercises: power cleans / power snatches for explosivity; squats, rows and bench press for absolute strength. Don't try to imitate your sport in the weight room, focus on improving at general strength exercises. Progress weight over time (slowly during season and faster during your off season).
