Fallon, I have a quick and easy chicken salad idea for you. Shred a rotisserie chicken and stir half a container of Walmart Bacon Cheddar Ranch dip. I got this from another KZbin mom and tried it last night. It was so good and I'm not a chicken salad type person. I'm going to try to make the dip from scratch next time. It's just cream cheese, bacon, sharp cheddar cheese and ranch seasoning.

Fallon, great minds think alike, I made homemade rice pudding a few days ago. It was so good!!! My rice pudding has raisins and rum in it, yeah I know the alcohol cooks out but the flavor it add, soak the raisins in it for 29-30 minutes then add them into the pudding and bake it. Oooooohhhhhh so very good!!

No matter what kind of meat you use the onion buns for, I found they are delicious with sharp or extra sharp cheddar cheese added. I love the chips and cheese dip idea for a side to go with your tacos. It all looks delicious.

Next time you shop. Look for mini taco shells. Here in Texas I found in my store. They called them mini taco sliders. The kids probably like them. My older kids were like it's Texas and we eat tacos but we eat lots of tacos with these minis. They are 18 ok. here.
