[Conclusion] Spicy seasoning is also good for chibob(chicken + rice)!! Even if it's not Nurungji(crispy rice), it goes well with just normal rice, so try it!
[Ingredients Information]
- Traditional chicken: 6,000 won (recommended restaurant)
- Green onions, spicy peppers, minced garlic: Mart
- ketchup, red pepper paste: refrigerator
[How to Make]
1) Chop green onion and spicy pepper.
2) Put 2 tablespoon red pepper paste, 3 tablespoons red pepper powder, 2 tablespoon chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon oligosaccharide and 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce in the wok.
3) Add chopped green onion and spicy pepper to (2).
4) Put 4 tablespoons of water and boil it down over low heat.
5) Cut the whole chicken into pieces and remove the bones.
6) Mix chicken with seasoning.
7) Oil the pan and spread the cold rice thinly.
8) Bake it over medium heat until it becomes crispy.
9) Put Nurungji on a plate and put chicken on top of it.
(It is better to add smoked flavour to chicken using grill)
10) Place sliced green onions and burn them with a torch.
(If there is no torch, it can be omitted)
11) Eat chicken with rice.
