Bought a cassette adapter at a local store and it kept ejecting. Returned it and got a new one, then got the same issue. Googled and found your video. It solved the issue with no hassle so thanks man.

Did you try messing insides with a screwdriver to get that solution? I’m on tape to aux #2 and the tape keeps ejecting for me 😡

I thoroughly enjoyed this video Eric. (: You made it easy for me to understand. What you filmed also provided an internal example of what a casete should look like……So I could reassemble my Bluetooth cassette tape after I opened it and all the plastic gears flew EVERYWHERE…😅lol. I think your English was wonderful and I don’t see any reason someone would dislike your vid. Thank you for the great explanation and for caring enough for everyone out there having this same problem to film a video helping us. 👍

Mine Honda CRV car stereo cassette player was working for 20 plus years it just stopped working today it kept rejecting the adapter at a stoplight that was also none working on the street when I was picking up Walgreens meds. It must've be the curse from that

My Toyota radio the cassette player was going on and off with the car shut off not running using my car battery. Weird short that could not be fixed..It also had a no theft device which was a pain in the you know what. If you changed the batt you would have to enter a code for the radio to work.. Well I had enough with that S&^%. I went to best buy and had another one put in.. One with no cassette player or alarm system. Very happy with new one no weird problems...

I took out the whole thing. Still didn’t work. I took off the rubber thing of the piece. Still didn’t work and now my radio wont work no more

To all the folks here that have the same fix i.e take the little gear out....WITH ALL DUE RESPECT......give me a break ( I say this to the manufacturers of the cassette adaptor..) ... 1- CAN YOU MAKE AN ADAPTOR THAT NO ONE WILL TO FIX IT AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT? ,,,,I.E TO NOT HAVE TO REMOVE THIS GEAR ? ????? 2- COME ON....How many manufacturers out there....and none has thought of this yet??? 3- We are in 2022 folks....it seems what causes the problems is the " auto reverse" that most late models cars had ...when cassettes were in vogue.... 4- SO last FOR ME...Has anyone out there procucing an adapter ( by the way...a quality adapter- well built - not just thin plastic ???) THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING TO IT? ?? PLEASE ....GIVE ME THE GOOD NEWS ....THAT THERE IS ! DENIS D

okay so i checked the cassette adapter in my dads car and it works but when we get to my car it looks like inside its jammed or something it was working fine yesterday but now i put the cassette in and it goes in but it feels loose or something i dont know help?

that sounds a little bit jam over there :) I don't know, cos mine is pretty clear and organized inside. But, problem is, mine doesn't work again today, get rejected again. Hope we both find out what problem is it, good luck Veronica

nicolas nguyen at the beginning it was like it took it and worked on it then ejected. But if you try to adjust the little white thing inside, sometimes it just losses little bit, after u adjusting it, that would work as before. But we should still find some new ways to solve it. Hope that help
