One major problem is that the scratch algorithm hates old projects. Once your game gets old it leaves you in the dust and no new people will be able to find unless they find it by searching or someone's favourites. They can also find it with studios but there is no search bar in studios

This probably is the go to video for anyone (like me) that wants to get popular on Scratch One other tip I’d recommend that is probably almost guaranteed to get you popular, is being a ScratchTuber (Scratch KZbinr). I think it's pretty obvious why, but I can still explain if you don't understand.
