A coffee press is handy when making nut milk. Soak whatever nuts you are using in water, then whizz and filter with the coffee press. The nut mixture you are left with you can incorporate into baking 👌😊

Don't mind me, if I just add one more food suggestion... 😆 I wanted to try and eat more cabbage, but I don't really like any typical dishes. I found a recipe that is so delicious, at the time you make it and heated up as leftovers. Cut up bacon (doesn't matter how much, i just estimate compared to how much cabbage I have), cut up 1 (or 2 depending on cabbage quantity) white onions and sautee until bacon is browned and onions are almost translucent, then add in cabbage that is sliced into strips ( i quarter the cabbage, then cut in strips); sautee until it is soft. I am making it tomorrow as a side with dinner. So delicious - quick and easy!

Breakfast idea that we have been loving: bell peppers, onions, tomatos, spinach, sautéed in butter with salt and pepper, add eggs for either omelet or scramble; then top with Mexican cheese, a dollop of sour cream and a little bit of roasted salsa verde... so delicious!! For a lunch idea: salad with mixed greens, spinach, arugula; then add red onion, cucumber, mozzarella cheese, with Italian tuna, sprinkle pepper on it. I'll add leftover roasted veggies, too (usually brussel sprouts, carrots, yellow squash). Then, I make my own dressing with olive oil, white or red vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Snack: cut tomatos, basil, goat cheese and balsamic glaze... it's my favorite snack!
