My mother hates me and says that I’m not her daughter because I showed my father something and she didn’t see what it was When she asked me I told her that she doesn’t has to know everything, I acknowledge that this may came off a little rude and I apologised but she made such a big drama out of it…. My mother is same as yours, she treats me so bad, very abusively, and my brothers so well despite them being so rude with her, she never acknowledges how much i help her in chores and when my brother does even a little thing she appreciates him as if he brought moon from sky. The Quran is logical and it’s teachings makes sense when it comes to the steps to take when dealing with life’s troubles. This child should first go to a competent, trusted adult to discuss their home life situation before simply ‘pretending to obey’ especially since you have no idea what is actually going on. Salam Sheikh, My mother is of the same kind, she has caused so much damage within the family, that my life is in misery, she is the type of woman who doesn't adhere to major decisions made by my Father to which ultimately led to my family's miserable state, my father once told me that he wanted to divorce her long ago but I was already conceived so he endured patiently, I do not know if she is a hypocrite or just an Ignorant/Jahil in religion but my Father told me he taught her everything he knew of Islam, my father was widely known by everyone and within the family as a very religious man, I have tried teaching my mother by engaging in conversations that are deeply rooted in Islam and in Wisdom but She doesn't seem to learn from it, one trait that I couldn't bare seeing her do is her stinginess and her utter vulgar nature when she gets angry, to which I show her rudeness by it and expression of extreme dislike of what she does, I sometimes do not know what to do if I should do something to wake her up or just leave her, and by this confusion I resulted into doing both by following what is that I feel if it is better to snap at her or just leave her be. I am a grown man on my 20's but still living with my parents because of her turning down my father's decisions, I always want to tell my father that he has to act with principle in front of her and not just agree with everything she says because it's causing us misery but I think he won't give an attention to it and more likely scold me, If I had followed my father, I would have been living my life and have been married long ago, but because my mother interferes with his decisions, I am now here open to all kinds of sins because of her, and another situation that made it worse is her siblings, my uncle and aunts are here living with us but they are not religious and are completely ignorant of the religion although they are muslims, I hate the sight of them here because they don't bother to know the religion despite of living with us for 5 years, and I can't help but feel like they are not planning in doing anything for themselves because my father is the only one who provides for the whole family, worse of it is that they are showing hatred to the teachings of Islam although not outwardly but discreetly, these are my problems to which I sometimes want my life to be taken away so that I may not commit sins in the long run by their influence. my father is in his old age and I don't know what to do if he is gone and me to be left with her and her siblings, can I ask Allah for curse upon them? because they know what is right and what is wrong but they don't seem to follow the deen, my mother might be a hypocrite but she is very discreet about it although I could see through her schemes, I couldn't help my self but to feel extreme anger for them not following Islam fully. I already told my father that he has my consent to divorce her whenever he wants to, because it's causing me deterioration upon my practice of the deen, I maintain my prayers and voluntary deeds but she and her siblings interferes when I do voluntary deeds when they happen to notice it and only does so out of stinginess at most times, I want to stay out of this and live in a place where Islam is practiced thoroughly, I wanted to study in Madinah but my father refused and wanted me to study Law and now halfway through my course I feel extremely troubled about the state of my deen because of the environment where I had to study and the studying of Law itself is somewhat causing me to have toxic attitude, I believe my father had fallen to my mothers ideals partially

A question to mr.mufti🥺 I wish a reply 😔 For our family reason nowadays the relation of my mom with me is not in good situation... Cause of the inner pain i got from my family whenever my mom came to talk to me unknowingly i end up misbehaving with her Everytime... I realised my mistake but i can't correct it cause in my life there are some huge mistakes my parents did which i can't forget..... so what i did later is I stoped talking with her so that i won't have to misbehave if i don't talk with her....BUT it has been 3 days and the situation seems more worst she put all the blams on me and calling me ungreatful daughter. Assalaamu alaikum warahmatulahi wabarakatu. Can someone advice me please. My mother talks bad about me and lies about me and also gives my stuff away to people without asking. She is not muslim. I took shahada. She is really nice to my face but i hear her on the phone how she lies about me. I take care of her, live with her, sacrificed my marriage because of her lying but yet she talks bad of me. She tries to manipulate me to do Christmas and birthday and easter etc whivh i refuse to do and she says.. You have to make me happy you said as your a Muslim, so make me happy and do this and that. I refuse still but then she says she is depressed because of it and its emotionally hurting her. Is it haram for me to be upset with her and annoyed with her and her actions? I have even heard her tell people she doesn't love me or my sister but she tells us she does because she has to but she doesn't feel any love for us.
