I love baking too! You’ve become really good at it. Next time when rolling the cinnamon log, roll it horizontally (from your point of view) and it will give you more cinnamon rolls. It’s also easier to get each roll the same size if you first cut the log in half and keep cutting each half in half again as much as you can.

Hi Jubara, when baking bread the temperature of the water is important! Also you could use a scale instead of cups to make sure your flour and water are in the right ratio. These cinimen rolls are loking amazing!

Hello Barb, I really love your videos, but the attitude of your fish makes me a little suspicious. Because fish need oxygen, which is mixed into the water by turbulence using pumps (unfortunately, plants alone are not enough). Otherwise, the algae that form will produce toxins and the small, very pretty fish would only have a short life. It's not meant to be a criticism, I'm just surprised that there's no pump etc. or that I didn't see any. I want you to enjoy your roommate for a long time. Kind regards from cold Germany
