I feel like that’s going to be in the second part coming next year, judging by the first trailer and the footage that was in it. Plus, how the show incorporates Dorothy. I don’t think we’ll be expecting even a glimpse of Dorothy in this one but you never know. 😊

Somehow I keep stumbling across all the best people to watch reactions with. My mom took me to see this when Idina was still in it and I warned her I was going to cry. I sobbed I think six times and she only noticed at intermission and was totally shocked. I guess she thought I was kidding. 😂

I am absolutely ecstatic for this. It looks amazing. At least from the trailer I feel they have truly understood the assignment, as it were, and captured those memorable iconic lines, the portayals of each character. I will say I was one of those not a fan of Cynthia's riff when I saw the teaser when it came out (and honestly wasn't fully sold on the movie either) but after seeing this full trailer what feels like a million times (because I can't get enough of it), I actually really like the riff now. Maybe it's due to me feeling more ecstatic of the movie overall, I don't know but... I do hope they are keeping it.

The first battle cry sounds like the final one but edited. You can hear some digital distortion of the note half way through. If goes slightly robotic momentarily

I think that first riff you heard might've been "Down" then at the end is the Battle Cry riff. I'm not sure, it has to be another part of the song cause why would you have two different riffs in the same trailer?

The movie will the holiday phenomenal family film to end the year, and since "defying gravity" will end the first film (remember there's 2 films)there's another reprise of ending riff in "defying gravity" the scene will be over 15 mins. My guess, the big crescendo will be when she flies away from the Emerald City.
