Currently sitting here fighting for my strength ( cramps) 😅 and when you mentioned your love of coffee I didn’t feel alone. Knowing I shouldn’t be drinking a drop, I made an entire mug. You’ve got this Lele! I started experiencing cramps during my period about 8 years ago and they’ve shown up like clockwork every month ever since. I had no idea coffee isn’t good for you during your cramps 🙈🙈🙈. Take courage and I hope you feel better ❤️❤️

You don't drink tap water ? You must buy drinking water everytime ?

Phew drinking tap water in this town is highway to the hospital! Especially since in my neighbourhood, most of the buildings there pump their own water from the ground (using bore holes) and that water isn’t treated. Swamps, septic leakage, drainage - you have no idea of the source of the water running through your taps here. The only good water is the one supplied to taps by the government but it’s unreliable in newer neighbourhoods like mine. Frequent outages, low pressure etc. I grew up drinking tap water but that was in my hometown Bamenda where we were sure of the water quality and there were many good community water projects. But since moving to Douala 8 years ago, it has only been bottled water for me. Can’t even risk it.
