Considering both of them share a similar ability it makes sense the psychic character would share moves with the two psychic characters from the anime edit: I was not very right, the only move not shared by tatsumaki in the anime is terrible tornado and that originates from mha

One shot combos werent too hard back in the day by the time sonic was in development ppl already understood the game's mechanics well. Another thing every in dev character (from garou to tatsumaki) HAD one shot combos when they only had one move.

@bluehairguylol Yes, true. But that's speaking from the past. Knowing the game mechanics is good, but as a community, people are creating new and new techs to work with. Back then, techs weren't as well known as much as today. And as soon as Tatsumaki came out with the first ability, a combo was created immediately and not just an ordinary combo, but a one-shot combo with only the first ability. I haven't seen that during my time playing TSB.
