I made how Windows 13 looks like my imagination.
I designed features in Windows 13 such as Desktops, Themes, appearance, etc.
I Make this concept using:
Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2016

Even tough the Windows icons were still squares and rectangles, your spacing between icons made everything appear clean and easy to read and see. Good idea.

Someone needs to convince Microsoft to end the harsh requirements for upgrading if they want to keep their reputation on check this would be an amazing concept unfortunately we know Microsoft is not ending the harsh requirements upgrade anytime soon even though a basic motherboard and CPU is good enough to slap an Operating System on.

reminds me of mac in the beginning then window 10 with different colors , i know . nice concept , but let your imagination go deeper like what no one has seen before with function . a mixture of 3d space and 2d will be awesome . think of the matrix , we knows its there but we are not sure untill someone shows us .. and remember simplest is key to users ... good try , would love to see another concept at some point from you .

Congrats AR 4789 for your job. TBHH, how good would it be if MS actually was able to do such a job like this one, but they aren't!... Oh! And at least your job is nearly perfect at the accessibility front, perhaps apart some transparencies here and there on the desktop theme... Anyone could use and install that system even if one is elderly or disabled alike!... No politics intended but those ones lives with more difficulty to manage their life do indeed matter... Keep the great job coming!... :)

Really good concept for when Windows 10 was around, but now It wouldn't be good since the UI isn't up-to-date to 11 and the style is 10-based. A lot of things are actually based of 10.
