Have you had any issues on setting up and printing on windows? I am getting 'Driver Error' when plugging in and can't seem to contact to my PC

No, I'm sorry Irvin I don't have any experience with that issue ☹️ I hope you get it resolved quickly. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver?

The rollo has been AWESOME! Just purchased the Rollo shipping scale also. It rarely crinkles the paper... but not enough to jam. Overall a solid choice!

Hi! I am looking for answers or advice on how to change the print settings to 2.25”x1.25” for stickers? The only settings I see that I can choose from are, 8x10, 5x7, 4x6, 100x148mm, 3.5x5, 2x3, and 6x8cm. There’s no where to check or click for custom size 😭

OH noooo! I wish I could help. I'm not sure about that because mine has the custom size option when I am printing from my MacBook. I hope you figure it out ❤️

when my wireless rollo prints, it prints a label then goes back, then prints the next one. it’s does this for all labels. even though the button was green. it doesn’t print the all the labels fast. is it a problem in the settings

Oh no! Sorry to hear that. I haven't experienced that issue but I would suggest (if you haven't already) reaching out to rollo to see if they have a solution for you.

Do you use yours to print Poshmark labels? I changed the settings in my poshmark account to the 4x6” setting for thermal printers but it doesn’t print correctly.

Rayvin it works on my iPhone and I'm pretty sure it would also work for your iPad! Check the App Store for the rollo app it's purple with a lower case r. " A Better Way to Print"

if im setting it up to my shopify store, will i have to add a payment method on it? since they process automatically through checkout.

Hello Terrell! I do not have a Shopify store so I'm not 100% sure about how that works. I'd imagine it is similar to when I sell on Etsy. The customer pays the shipping through Etsy and the rollo app just prints the label (no additional charge) Adding a payment method is mostly for if you if you want to manually create a label to ship an item.

Correct! I have a MacBook and it prints wirelessly for me. I did have to plug in mine once to get it to connect for some reason, but after that it has been good to go!

Can you print Mecari shipping labels with the Rollo ?

Hello Lucinda! I do not sell on Mecari but from what I researched you can download the label and then crop it so it can be printed on the rollo. So a little extra steps but doable.
