This build is pretty straightforward. 9 refreshing + crippling ring + heavy armor, go crazy. Playstyle is similar to BB/GS, use BB for damage and sword for CC and utility.

@@fatjay9402 I always use ignited opal in BB, and fire damage ones in armor. SnS I use ruby with any other runeglass DoT like lightning.

​@@ardimento how come not ignited ruby on bb since you would get a flat 15% dmg boost 100% of the time from 150 int perk? Wouldn't it be beneficial to run ignited ruby's on both weapons?

@@bulgarintv Ammo doesn't work on elemental converted BB damage for some reason (been like that since it launched & AGS still won't fix it). So ignited ruby would be 60% @ 1.2x (Ori) and 40% @ 1.25x (150 INT + Runeglass) = 1.22x damage, while opal if low stam is 1.12 (opal) + 1.2 (ammo) = 1.32x damage.

The fun part is regular skitzo requires you be complete glass with a light chest piece. With heavy you can go the other way and max out defense without much damage loss.

Ei, obrigado pelo comentário, estou usando um tradutor também. Para perseguir, acho que SnS, BB, espada larga, machado grande e machadinha são os melhores. SnS é especialmente bom porque você pode bloquear flechas. A lança é melhor para combos de um tiro, como contra curandeiros, já que o salva-vidas é muito forte e pode aguentar qualquer outra coisa. I don’t think claw shot nerf will impact much since it mostly only effects very specific hammer one shot combos that this build doesn’t use. The biggest effect will be the fortify nerf imo

@@UndyingRoach Will have to play around with it and see how it feels with the final live patch. Fort will be weaker but most weapons are getting damage nerfs. They're basically changing fortify from exponential to linear, so low fortify (10-20%) like this build runs is a little worse, maybe 25% nerf, while high fort (50%) is MUCH worse, like 90% less effective.

@@UndyingRoach I haven't changed much, initially fortify on BB was bad but they walked that back. But there is so much ranged in OPR now it's hard to play as BB/melee. Still melts people though especially now with armor changes and you can tank a lot. For 300 CON probably 50 STR 150 INT, but I don't think 300 CON is worth it for this build since you're losing a lot of damage and grit doesn't benefit it and there are better weapons for 300 CON.

Difference is that to pull this off, he has to actually engage with someone and take a risk. The musket can just sit crouched on their crotch 100m away and hitscan someone for 4K crits without ever having to interact or take the same risk.

Make it more viable with charioters boots that drop in bs named drop heavy constitution boots. its a piece without resilient but with elem av and shirking fort. and ref. You should try to get as much as possible with that 4 pieces left with resilient and 2 shirkings on 2 pieces and 2 elem av on 2 pieces the rest you can decide what u want on the items with weaponperks etc.

It’s still good in duel and area. But the problem in OPR is now 95% of people play firestaff/bow so you can’t get close anymore unless you’re queued with a group.

Dmg is currently worse with T2 INT, 1383 @ 350 INT versus 1409 @ 200/150, & until the update the 20% boost from ori ammo doesn't apply to the elemental converted portion. Also misses out on 10% boost against slow/stun & 12% from gambit. Post-patch when the ammo bug is fixed I'm planning on ele gem due to everyone stacking rubies.

@@SireVV I've mostly been a bow rat recently, but I am considering T5 nature or similar. I'd use T2 int if I had more than 150 int on this build. It converts shrap blast too so might be worth depending on how much EA/rubies people stack.

Will have to wait for live version for final verdict, but all the changes so far have been beneficial for BB & SnS. BB basically getting more dmg & more reliable crits, SnS getting more damage mitigation. & Heavy armor being buffed relative to light.

BB isn't that OP. Bad neutral game, weak to staggers, & no CC defense. Musket rapid 3 shot combo is about on par with a BB burst combo & can be done from 125m away. Stagger, CC, or facehug weapons like hatchet, GS, bow, FS, & IG counter BB easily.
