Cold War is possibly one of the best casual experiences zombies has offered. You just get in and start shooting zombies. You don’t have to wait to line them up early on in the game or really have to worry about rng unless you are going for the ray gun.

I still play bo3 at my friends house on the regular, but for me, mw2/bo1 was peak...bo1 just was the perfect COD, and the gambling system with the points was just so perfect. Gun game one in the chamber was just so iconic, and it felt like a real loss or win if you lost/won, because you gained smth. It was worth to improve and if you were good you gained something from it instead of loosing like in todays games with sbmm...imo, it was the best game ever made.

As someone who started with WaW all those years ago, I whole heartedly loved Cold War Zombies. It was such a rewarding experience to build up your stats. I never really appreciated Black Ops until I started watching your videos and saw all the different tactics.

Cold War was the game that got me into the ee’s recently I’ve gone back to black ops 4 for the ee’s plan to hit bo3 afterwards, but I owe it all to Cold War, gave me a reason to grind get the mastery camo, prestige to the max, and actually just love zombies, yeah sure by comparison it was the easiest but it was so fun

Cold War was goated imo. Especially for me who has always been much more surface-level. It allowed me to experience easter eggs without spreadsheets and I felt motivated by its replayability to get my first master camo.

The best recent zombies game is easily CW for me personally. I loved the gameplay systems it introduced and they have their own flaws, but overall I enjoyed the concepts it had like exfil, the aetherium upgrade systems, and loadout weapons are fun to mess around with. I enjoyed the game when it came out and still go back to it as much as I go back to BO3. It definitely holds a special place for me because it made me fall back in love with just playing and enjoying zombies that I had lost in BO4.

cold war was the last good zombies game i played. it had a rocky start with the devs nerfing guns and the release content being unimpressive but i feel like fire base z and outbreak helped to pick it back up and then it really took off into a game were expecting from trey arch with maur der toten followed by forsaken. the biggest gripe looking back would be the armor and punishment for dying by losing all scrap so you couldnt get back into the game after perking up.

Bo3 is the last zombies I was totally enthralled by and Cold War is a close second. I really enjoyed Cold War, it was the first time I actually got all the mastery camos for my guns. I didn’t like Bo4 as much but I thought the maps and EEs were cool.

Outbreak (the legion fight one) has a VERY fast time. The rng for a really good run is extremely LOW as you need correct maps which come at 3/8 then 2/7 etc and then you have to get a good spawn (2/4 or so) and spawns are dependant on the challenge you get which you want HVT, SECURE and RETRIEVE (any other is an instant reset). On world 4 you need a good monkey spawn which generally 2 of the 4 are good depending on the map you get and where the projector is so MORE RNG! This is to get you to the bunker which you need AGAIN a good spawn (2/4 to be really fast) and THEN you need to get a good code for the launch which starting with D is amazing compared to any other (for example DBA is great but BDA and BAD are poo). This then takes you to the bossfight (LOL), where the boss has a chance to drop as he moves from a undroppable spot (the corners) to a new area which can be a droppable spot or a undroppable one which is essentially a coin toss for the 3 times he drops. A perfect boss saves minutes on an average boss. All this without fast restarts and having to manually end game and load a new game EACH reset is absurd. This doesn't include rng elements like jump pads which have a chance of not spawning in there normal places and bikes/boats which again have a chance of not spawning or spawning. (the infamous no boats armarda 💀. Zoo does guarantee a map but getting zoo into armarda almost gaurantees a game due to the only bad chall on armarda being defense compared to zoo which has transport/escort/holdout aswell.

Black ops 4. It wasn't as hard black ops 3, yet it had more longevity. You could play it when you're casual at a low difficulty with bots, or you could have higher difficulty. You can even play gauntlets which are SUPER difficult, which some (if not all of them) ask you to complete the easter egg to complete them. It had some of the best maps : Ancient Evil, Cllassified, Voyage of Despair, and yes, even alpha omega (not tag lmao). Not to mention, it had the best in game innovations, like being able to pick and change your character before loading in, picking your perks ahead of time while keeping double tap, speed cola, and jug permanently, not having to spin for your gg, but instead having 4 elixers ready every round. The character quotes are amazing. Like-enough to play over other games. (unlike cold war and beyond). Even the chaos story is a freaking banger. So that's my answer Noah.
