Hi Atlas, thanks for your build and for the video. A lot of persons swear only by "freedom" perks : "you need 4 freedom on your stuff or you'll be useless..... bla bla bla" but we can see on your video that you don't have any "freedom" perks and you're doing well. Do you played with freedom in the past ? How do you do when you're immobilize for example ? Use your heart rune ?

Freedom loses value when you are fighting multiple ppl. Heavy has in built freedom. If someone CC you, most likely others will free you before the CC expires. For slows, stopwatch has purify which removes all debuff every 90s. The roots are rare, but when rooted, you have block to avoid dps and takes little stamina unlike other builds that don't have tower shields and need to dodge (each dodge takes nearly half your stamina so being rooted when you don't have a shield is very deadly). We have defensive formation which also provides 30% decrease damage when blocking so when we are surrounded we are still protected. Overall, you can modify your playstyle to combat CC, which allows you to add defensive perks like health enchant ward and elemental aversion.

Yes you can use the Wall but it is not as good with WH. The benefits of VDP is you can be tanky on WH bar as well.

Runeglass on armour reduces your armour value. I would only use it on weapon

You know you've (over-)compromised on damage for survivability when you got _sure footing_ on your sword and >350con. A true tank! No need for killing when they can't kill you 😆

Oh we do a lot of killing. I got my combat video guide in the make now. And the clips are with Jasper glitched so only a fraction of damage is being shown.

​@@atlasfishmo normal jasper is working properly. Refreshing duration of empower and stacking. Runeglass isn't doing any of these 2 things so it is really not worth it.

Hahaha it's true that runeglass jasper is depriving you of 12% worth of empower(!!), but I do believe that is somewhat of a drop in the bucket compared to the totality of kill potential you're leaving on the table. Then again it's OPR, anyone and everyone plays it - you can rack up kills with a ham sandwich against all the paper plate pug builds if you wanted to 😆. All is to say - lots of things work, but just because they work doesn't mean they're "optimal"! Happy holidays @@atlasfishmo
