Such an honor to face you in war before. It was back in May, in Ygg, you were a merc healer on the defense side while I was the shot caller on the offense side. Unlike this video, I had someone put pressure on healers like yourself. Izackbirdie was farming you but that was when SnS/BB was busted. And I am coordinating our attacks based on your team's movements and respawn timer. We managed to beat you, 5 mins before min 30.. That was my one and only offense shot call and I am happy that it was a win.. Keep up the content! Share the knowledge so everyone can improve!

Why is AOE DMG stat Padding, But AOE healing not.

Hey I was thinking about almost the same build but 2 life staffs perk plus one in the life staff and put evasion and shirking fort. Instead of elemental or physical aversion. Which one do you think is worth it? Other question is, do you have a war gameplay as a single healer or only AOE? If you have it, post it so we can watch. TY

Im a big elemental aversion believer but I dont think Shirking Fort is bad at all. Currently building a set with it myself! Its good against a melee heavy war team and ele/phys avers is better against ranged war teams

Hey man! Just two questions - as a healer who wants to both aoe and single target heal, would you go RE or Refreshing? Also in some of your previous builds you say Resilient is not super worth, modo you still feel that way. I’m trying to figure out what perks to prio when crafting gear. Thanks!

What's up! If you are looking to do both AOE and Single Target, then I'd for sure say Refreshing is the way to go. I do want to say I do think Resilient is 100% worth, but if you're looking for uptime and strictly output then you have to drop Resilient for Refreshing + Weapon perk (if you run a 2 perk piece of gear) - some run Resilient + Weapon perk but I've always prioritized Refreshing > Resilient in 2 perkers. It's just preference though

@@baboonbanana99 thanks for the quick response bro! I’m happy to hear refreshing is better for my goals, as I’ve started making gear that way. So for crafting I would go Refreshing+Weapon perk for crafts, but maybe not on all pieces? Like have some Refreshing+Resilient pieces. I’ve been trying to craft a Blessed+Mending+RM staff but have been unsuccessful in like 10 tries. So I’m using the one from Reekwater world boss for now, not sure if better to go WotA and have mending prot on armor etc. sorry for all the questions!!

@@Tom-dh2te For crafting, I believe Resilient has the HIGHEST chance to roll on a gear so you want to use two other perks. Those two other perks would be Refreshing + Life Staff perk of your choosing. If you run AOE with Refreshing, WoTA will be BIS until you get your Blessed / Refreshing Move / Mending Protection Life Staff! In the mean time, use Mending Protection on your armor. Check the New World database and sort by Perks. I know there is some decent pieces out there to farm that don't require crafting! If you have any more questions feel free to ask!

@@baboonbanana99 Okay, but which life staff perks do I actually need? Fort Ground, Mending, any others? Like do I need weapon perk on every armor piece. Or can some pieces be Refreshing+Resil prio

@@Tom-dh2te For AOE the main perks you want are Mending Protection, Fortifying Sacred Ground, and Keen Beacon. Only get Mending Protection on your armor if you don't have a BIS weapon yet! For single target healers it just depends what ability you run. But in general, just get a piece of armor with the weapon perk that matches the ability you're using. You should have 3 weapon perks as a Life Staff player.

I crafted it with the Nightveil 600 GS Life Staff pattern

@@seankingston3994 77! Each pattern was about 3,000 coin per. However, I had a ton of stockpiled mats up so I didn't need to spend any gold on that. Lots of people got their Mending Protection staff in way less rolls though. I think 77 is way too high but my RNG was terrible

Heavy Healing got nerfed a few months ago. It currently has a -30% healing reduction debuff. Hopefully AGS decides to make Medium Healers viable again! Being forced into Light armor in a damage heavy meta is not fun

Is there a trick to getting all of your heals to actually work? Majority of the time I'll cast heals but don't see any green numbers (even when I see my team is clumped by a large amount of red players and taking damage). Beacon gets eaten quite frequently (cast it and it just disappears). Could be a latency problem for me, as I don't have the greatest internet. But I can pump around 2-2.3m healing in a war (with 350 focus) but the best players are like 3-3.5m in our server. No idea how they are getting 1m+ on me. They claim they are running 400/100. I just don't see 50 focus nearly doubling your healing output. I feel like i'm missing something. I just learned about the intensify stacks proccing off the new gems after they fixed it... What other "tricks" am I missing?

Just watched your "bugs" video you just released after the winter convergience patch. The most recent war I did was after that patch and since I'm running 350 focus and they were all at 400, i'm guessing my sacreds and beacons were just being overwritten...

@@flappy117 Yup! If you are the AOE healer of your army, definitely coordinate with the other healers so you have the highest Focus

AOE healers are used in wars to spread out healing to everyone to make sure that the war team doesn't get burst in clumps. The heals aren't direct, however, it makes the job of single target healers easier because they don't have to heal such heavy burst damage.

I hardly see any pressure on you, from enemy hunters. Seems like an easy life for healers on your'e server. But that's not the reality in really competitive wars tbh.

Most wars actually end up like this for me! I play on every competitive server on East and West currently (5 characters). I'm getting better at awareness when playing against dive teams.

He is right... You really had an easy War there. If you are one of the best Healer on your Server you'll know that Hunter groups will call out your Name and they Hunt you non stop. Your War looks to chill and calm...

@@SUNISunnyI It's like this pretty much on all 5 servers I play on! 3 deaths is about the average. There is definitely wars where the pressure seems to be a lot, but most kill squads focus single target healers more. If the war looks chill then I did my job right and had good placement.
