New X 56 Rhino H O T A S from Saitek

I got an issue with windows 10 with the drivers for some reason I cant get it to recognize the x56 when I go to plug it in to the usb . windows shows its their in the device manager when plugged in but the driver program doesn't recognize it being plugged in how do you fix that issue?????
