It looks great but i wish Yamaha would put better looking fingerboard inlays on the more expensive pacificas. A small change like that would make a huge difference. I think simple single rectangle pearl inlays would be great.

Normally there is a kind of filler piece of plastic that screws in place Jack prolly took it of to make an adjustment.

Still plays the same, but personally I don't like the new garish colour range, natural satin the exception. Hopefully the X signifies special edition so that it's additional to and short run rather than superseding the former 612VII FM translucents, although I suspect the latter. Cynicism sees the reasons behind it though.
