A round is started by the smallest bell (tuned in C5) going down to the big bell (that is tuned c4)

The ringing in this video starts with the Tenor bell (biggest bell of this ring of bells) tolling 12 times at Midnight, followed by the other 13 bells joining in with it ringing Rounds (ringing a scale from bell 1 to bell 14 in this case) and then later they ring a 'method' called 'Plain Hunt'. You will probably find better explanations of what that is elsewhere on KZbin.
