Fantastic green bean recipe, boil in water for 8 mins then put oil in a frying pan , heat on medium heat and put in a tablespoon of black mustard seeds with half a teaspoon of chilli flakes and a few cloves of crushed garlic, fry for 7 minutes then add salt black pepper and half a teaspoon of sugar , so amazing!❤️

I’m one of Tara’s ‘older demographic’ and just wanted to emphasize your comment- all that Tara and you spoke of is Self Care & Self Love… different than selfish ! I didn’t learn this until my 50’s and as a 24/7 caregiver of an ill hubby it was not possible to apply even the most basic care. After he passed last year I permitted myself a one year period to grieve in a healthy slow manner, including counseling & every medical doctor I had neglected for years. Thank God I am now in better health- physically,mentally & spiritually . I’ve been able to get back to some volunteer work that is meaningful to me. New year, looking forward to new me & opportunities in this next season of my life. After 43 years w/hubby takes a bit of adjusting . As for focusing on yourself, I’m glad you mentioned that doesn’t equate to being rude dealing with others. It’s possible to say ‘no’ and have boundaries w/o becoming a b*tch lol: Say what you mean, mean what you say, but don’t say it mean! Wishing you a wonderful journey this year and don’t forget to be patient & kind to yourself: when you stumble or change is forced upon you is when the greatest growth occurs. 🌺

Thanks for being so honest with us, and I'm so looking forward to the new things you do with your content! I think my word of the year is "intentionality". One of the ways I want to grow the most is putting intention into almost all/every part of what I do. I tend to just pick the easiest route ahead of me, and stay towards the mundane, just going through the motions. Which, that's ok some of the time, but I tended to do that ALL of the time, and then always felt sick of myself for it. This year, I want to feel like I actually tried to do things, and do them with effort! One last note, I'm so sorry to hear that some guy made you feel awful.
