New Year, New You: How Are You Going To Make 2024 Your Best Year Yet?

2024 is right around the corner. I made this video purposed to provide insight and value to the mental health community as we prepare for the new year. I brushed up on smart goals to help provide as a reference to sharpen your own goals. Then, I discussed what has worked for me in my own success and the relation that my success has had with my own goals. I discussed how I have utilized my time wisely to create growth both professionally and personally. The questions I asked and discussed included:
