I'm probably sticking to my usual 1 copy as a F2P and keeping my gems/tickets for the next year. 'got her in 40 pulls so that wasn't too bad' I did max her skills out tho and got a pretty decent OL gear after ~30 crystals used. ~120% max ammo/85%Ele dmg and 22% ATT but she could defo use at least 1 more line of max ammo so that I might try to get later.

Unironically if u use grave as b2 its really good. Redhood got the pierce atk up and cindy got so much more dmg just from faster burst cycle. The only minus thing is no shield​@@KuroiHoshiV

Cindy is butt in campaign while Red hood rapi is very good in campaign. While cindy might have better bossing potential. They each have their strengths and weaknesses but one things undeniable is that they are both SSS Apex tier characters

You want both. Know that pulling is highly risky so if you dont want to lose too much then just pity rapi and if you can sbs. She is such a great character for campaign, tower, solo raid, and wind advantage specially against kraken who drops rocks. But if you have only one pity, then go for rapi because she can do elysion (and you will need it a lot) and pilgrim tower, also she has double elemental advatnage, has a lot of damage not equally but at the same level as cinderella, has some AOE, and is equal if not better than liter. So of course you want Rapi and then SBS. But as i said, wathever you choose to do i recommend that at the end of the day you get a copy of Rapi and SBS if possible

@@kyotahellbound1780 if you can and want then proceed but i dont think you should mlb everything if your resources are short. Its better to have more characters specially the ones you like but also for meta wise because you have a variety of options to make teams etc. Like what is better, one rapi mlb or the equivalent on nikke meta (example: cinderella, sbs, grave and the rapi)

All youtubers who make content for nikke may loose subscribers. SSR rapi is trash outside of union shooting range. If you got d killer she does less cdr sinces its connected to burst status and d is by shot. D does 14 seconds in most burst rotations. Rapis damage is 2 times d killer... nothing to write home about
