This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZbin channel 9 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,765 subs and > 1k hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

I just want to say that your videos get me through the whole year but most importantly the winter months. I live on the East Cost and our winters are long, dark and brutal. It takes a toll on my mental health. Last year was so bad but your self care videos really helped me. I learned to slow down and take it day by day. I also learned to listen to my body and take care of it. Really enjoying your videos as always!

I can understand it can be awkward to film in public but it would be great if there was more variety in your videos in addition to what you’re already doing :) content outside of your car/ bathroom/ bedroom. Maybe workouts if you have permission in gym? Beaches, restaurants, etc. Keep it up!

I really like your Vlogs. But they’re almost twice a long now, which is nice, but you need to have the time to watch them. Maybe do more vlogs, but a little shorter ones? I feel like everyone wants shorter forms of content. Whenever I see a video over 30minuten I am like: uh nice, but it’s soooo long!🥲 Keep it up!!

I love you and I don’t want this to sound harsh, but I feel like you’re getting the concepts of laziness and giving yourself grace confused. This was the first day of your challenge and one would think you’d be excited and motivated to get everything and more checked off the list. I just think the “not putting too much pressure on yourself” excuse is going to set the tone for the challenge and lead you to not seeing the results you’re hoping for. Just a little tough love for you in hopes of helping you succeed 🤍

I think you’re getting the concept of this entire challenge all wrong. The point of this challenge overall is to better yourself, your mind and your body. The point is to not make people feel like they have failed something just because they may not completely one single thing. The goal with the 10k steps is to get my body moving more and average more steps than I was to begin with. It’s totally fine that I don’t hit the 10k steps on day one focusing on hitting the number of 10k can become a very toxic thing over time if it’s forcing someone to do things outside of listening to their body. I got my body up and moving which was the whole point of this challenge. There’s nothing lazy about that.
