So if your religious this might help with anxiety: Jesus says to trust, accept and be present. All anxiety is, is fear based beliefs bc your ruminating on the past or projecting into the future. Anxiety is an alarm for your body to tell you to dig deep. Find the root of the issue then breath thru, ACCEPT it, trust and know the only time we have is NOW, past and future aren't real. FLOW and trust that all will work out for you. Jesus is consciousness and being aware of anxiety is a huge step for getting to the root and eliminating fear
