Bangkok is a bombardment of the senses and has a lot of interesting things to see and do, and the food is amazing. You should defintiely go if you get a chance and also visit other areas of Thailand which are more chill but naturally beautiful like Kanchaniburi, Koh Phangan or Koh Samed.
