Mama T I went through the shoulder thing too. I used to work for Orthopedic surgeons try to make an appointment. They will advise you what to do . I had to get a cortisone injection in my shoulder and then do some exercises. Because you don’t want to get something called frozen shoulder because then it requires surgery. Please take care of yourself and be blessed.💕

(HALF hour) or NIGHT before bed.( balances acid & Alkaline in Bod. 2. PINEAPPLE; ONLY need 3 cubes any time of day, mix with cottage cheese if ya want. ( helps reduce weight too) .... The enzymes are pretty strong so for me, I make sure something is in my Stomach first. 3. The Blueberries ( frozen) I eat like Ice Cream, add milk & Sugar,......or. I add & Blend to my Protein Drink. .......GOOD LUCK...... & GOD BLESS..... I'LL BE PRAYING FOR YOUR SHOULDER HEALING. !!! ( I have Arthritis in Hips, & Knees,.... Also use "Arthritis Pain RELIEVER" CREAM, (in a tube,from "KROGER"S " ) ALSO soak in a Tub of "Epsom Salts"..... Prayers, & BEST WISHES my SWEET SISTER !!! P. S. I start to feel the effects of the PINEAPPLE in about 4 Hrs.

Just want to inform you ladies that on the restaurants report and this is for real this is not here to say that the Waffle House did not get good reviews it is one of the restaurants with a couple of others that they're saying do not eat at it is not in good condition it is not clean it was on the television's report of bad restaurants was rated very poorly from what the report says of of the Waffle House is roach infested so be wise on where you want to go sometimes it's good to find out before you seek out praying that's got to order your steps cuz nowadays like they say and we all like to sometimes treat ourselves but we just have to be careful in where we go to purchase our food
