Hi Miss Jo👋 Would you topcoat chrome before painting artwork? I have trouble getting chrome powder to go on no wipe top coat. Is it possible to apply to a tacky layer of the corresponding color? I love the white outline on the black stars. Miss Jo’s Mani Club YES! HAPPY NEW YEAR🎉💕

Hey 👋 I think I would probably base coat over chrome before painting, so you're not painting or subsequently topping over dry shiny. Try half curing your no wipe before chrome, it might cling on better. Or you could mix your chrome with base and paint the number with that. It won't be as shiny, but the highlights and contours will give the illusion that it is! Happy new year! 🥂
