Problem is the shit recruiting, look at how Liverpool and Arsenal, they've a proper wage structure in place and gotten rid of deadwood even if that was for free / terminating their contracts. What I would give to see United play a consistent style of football, man. Seriously. Every manager since Sir Alex has tried to play their way, only to resort to shit counter attack play. When Azeem says, give ETH a chance to play his full squad, I completely get that. I still feel that ETH should be given time with the squad and also sacking him will not solve any problems but will only give a false hope to the fans with the new manager. Also something ETH should know as a new age manager is that, with the current number of competitions and games played in a calendar year, players will get injured and this will continue to happen going ahead. Why not have a backup plan ready??? Cannot praise Pep enough in this case as he keeps his squad rotating and still gets the best from his 2nd squad players. The points lost playing bottom rank teams for United will hurt them the most at the end of the year. Their overall gameplay has been so boring to watch that the issue has been systemic and just cannot be pointed towards the manager. These players are paid shit ton of money each week, so them acting as bums on the field and playing lazily is shameful. Manchester United needs to first get out of the shadows of Sir Alex Ferguson and his Fergie time tactics, which is really nothing but playing all out as you need to get back in the game. Imagine if Manchester United finishes out of top 4, which TOP player will come to United, which in turn will ruin their next season as well. Really need to applaud managers like Pep, Arteta and Klopp who get the best out of their players and play attractive style of football. Hopeful for United in 2024.

As a person who has started watching football in 2021, who doesn't understand the game and unfortunately started following Man Utd, I don't even know what Ferguson was and what he achieved but all I can say from watching the matches is that it feels like everyone wants to score and nobody wants to defend/ win possession. And they're playing some kind of challenge where defenders will not speak with midfielders and midfielders won't speak with forwards

Tbh, Tottenham's recent signings have been among the best across PL teams. I do agree with the fact that serie A has a lot of interesting players.
