Wendy I have the same issue w the shampoos. But it’s been proven that expensive doesn’t equal better. And the drugstore ones are actually fine. Butttttt I do recommend k18. My blonde hair has changed drastically since implementing the k18 into my routine

I would like to get an update on your veneers. Cleaning process and how tobtake care of them ect. Also how do you keep the bottom teeth white matching the top. I know youngot a whitening for the bottoms bit would youngo every so often for the whitening

Compra una sábila en la Marketa en Cárdenas un pedazo, pon la pulpa de la sábila a moler solo no le pongas agua puedes usar el brazo electrónico y la mueles la sábila NO LE PONGAS AGUA NADA!! Después de lavarte tu cabello con el pelo mojado te pones la sábila como si fuera una mascarilla así déjala en tu cabello y NO te la quites deja secar tu cabello solo sin usar secadora no uses las piensas calientes para que pueda tu cabello sanar NO TE LO CORTES créeme tu cabello sanara muy pronto. Yo lo hice y me funcionó al 100%. Cuídate Dios te bendiga!
