Hi Jayne, just wanted to say thank you for sharing your life with us & being my morning coffee ray of sunshine. As a fellow anxiety sufferer & chronic people pleaser, I understand how difficult & uncomfortable complaining or standing up for yourself is. Well done for pushing yourself & doing it! ❤

Hi Jayne, I understand completely about your anxiety with nail appointments, but I am so proud of you, because you soldier on and go in, YOU win, anxiety doesn’t. I do relate to the feeling of being stuck and trapped, it’s awful. By the way, hair salon or not, your hair always looks beautiful! 💕

Oh Jayne, Kiera and Me really did make me cry. After saying goodbye to Murphy last year my heart is still broken and I think about him and talk to him everyday. I don't know how to stop the grief..❤❤

Big hugs to you, Helen. Though your heart is broken into a million pieces, it will get better. Relationships never die, you will always be Murphy’s mummy. 💕♥💐💐💐

Thank you for your lovely comment, I don't know how to stop the grief? 😔

You don't stop the grief it eases with time. You have to learn to live with it which is horrible I know but cry as much as you need and take comfort in your memories. Murphy is still with you in your heart and recalling the happy times is good it keeps his memory alive. Hope your pain eases soon bless yer ❤xx

Hi Helen, so sorry you're still grieving. It usually takes a year of cycles, 1st Christmas, 1st birthday before we start to move forward. Sadly, the grief never completely goes, bit you will reach a time when it starts to ease. You'll start to remember the good times and it doesn't make you cry. Just hold in your heart that you gave him the best possible life and that he's at peace. It's horrible to go through. Talking does help, but don't worry if you have days when all-out aeem to do is pine for them - it's good to allow yourself to mourn. Sending love and hugs and hope soon, the good memories will be more than the painful ones xxx

Hi Jayne totally understand your anxiety so well done on facing your fears. I live with chronic anxiety too I barely leave the house only to take my dog round the block. I promised myself I would do something I love this year and this morning I’m joining a choir .. I’m terrified I don’t know anyone at all. I’m trying not to talk myself out of it 😢
