Looked a good course (Flat) by your video. Another great time, certainly in a purple patch. 🏃‍♂️👍

It is fairly flat, though it does drop down to cross the small bridge at the bottom, then climbs up as you run along the road briefly. It felt reasonable, but was about 10sec a mile slower than I would've liked!

@@MattClarry The sub 20 will happen. Not a case of if, but when. From experience…… once you break it, a string of sub 20’s will follow.

I've only managed to get 6 sub 20s in 23, the best was 91:41 at Clumber in march, then struggled to get close to it again! Back at Graves tomorrow, so wouldn't have been especially fast and I'm carrying a bit of a calf niggle so might have to take it easy!

Cheers Jamie! Yeah, I think I've only ever run poolsbrook on New Year's Day, will have to go back when it's warmer and the sun is a little higher in the sky so I can see where I'm going!

Good run. Did that on the Saturday, 3 laps was not as bad as I thought it would be.

Thank you ! Ah cool, how did you get on? Yeah, it isn't too bad, doing 3 laps, though they do seem further for some reason, than the 3 laps at Mansfield parkrun!

Can't seem to get under 21 at the moment though I'd done 10 miles the day before so not entirely surprised this time. Not done Mansfield but Newark was 3 laps and it was a lot narrower than Poolsbrook.

Same for me with 20 minutes, can't seem to get under it at the moment. I've done Newark once before, just over a year or so ago, ended up just a fraction over 21 minutes!
