Colossians 4:6 “Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.” Proverbs 21:23 “Whoever guards his mouth and tongue Keeps his soul from troubles.” Ephesians 4:29 “Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.” Psalm 141:3 “Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth; Keep watch over the door of my lips.” Galatians 6:1-2 "Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted. Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." James 5:19-20 "Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins." Luke 17:3-4 "Take heed to yourselves. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. And if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day returns to you, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.”" Pastor Marcus repented years ago for those actions. They may only be exposed now, but they are not representative of who he is now. Thankfully we serve a good God who redeems us from our iniquity. We are truly thankful that He whom is without sin is not the one casting stones.
