my ins are also spending less / saving more, recording more of my life (for myself), and gaining confidence…. i also dont like exercise but its actually refreshing when i do it so thats also an in and i want to to set routines that i can follow….some of my outs r alot personal but its stuff i can easily do. i hope youve been having a good new year so far 🥹

Set some goals for this year to have a skin care routine and finally care for my skin and also get more sporty like running and walking and work out and start journaling as good as I can, but I’m taking it slow tho like one thing at time especially with sporty, like mby start walking some days at week and then also work out and then in march I will running instead of walking and have a skin care routine I do both at night before bed and in the morning before breakfast
